You might have noticed an influx of new posts on my site. This is because I’ve decided to go through some (not all) of the best (-ish, I don’t have a high bar) blog posts I’ve made in the past 10 years or so, and move it here for visibility, sometimes merging some of the related blog posts into one.

Editor’s Note: This was originally posted on one of my shared blogs I made with one of my friends on 8 January 2017 that you can find here. I unfortunately lost the source code for this, which is a shame since it was stored alongside a few other potential future blog posts at the time, that never panned out, and I was quite proud of this project at the time (I remember implementing a virtual camera with zooming that I was proud of, I was really happy with the pixel art I made, and it was my first time working with “Blobs” in javascript that used to generate a text file full of debug info for my troubleshooting).

Editor’s Note: This is a combination of two articles I wrote on July 31, 2015 on one of my old blogs that can be found here and here when I was 15 years old, and another post titled “More Whax” on February 8, 2016 when I was also still 15 years old that can be found here, so please excuse my immaturity.

It all started a couple months ago. I was with a friend out in a shopping mall, and they noticed a music box playing in a temporary pop up stand (It was Valentine’s Day), and remarked how they don’t make them like how they used to.

For various reasons, I have a lot more free time for the next few weeks. I thought I’d use this time to try write up on and potentially finish some weekend projects I’ve been doing for the past year or so.

A while back, a friend of mine “dropped out” of my university, to go to a much better university, NUS. He would then tell me about the active Cybersecurity community there, NUS Greyhats.
